Casey Bloys (HBO President), has now publicly announced that Euphoria Season 2 will begin shooting in early 2021. Since the release of its first season back in 2019, Euphoria, starring Zendaya, has become an HBO hit. Season 2 of the series was expected to begin development in March 2020, but due to the outbreak of the coronavirus, it was postponed.
Casey Bloys said in an interview that filming of season 2 of Euphoria would begin in early 2021. The wait will be nearly 2 years between season 1 and season 2, but Bloys said fans can keep their enthusiasm strong as he has something in store for them that is really exciting. To fill the gap between season 1 and season 2, they are preparing to film a special Covid-19 episode. This episode is going to be as thrilling and exciting as the season 1 episode.
Euphoria Season 2: Storyline
Season 1’s final episode was called “And Salt The Earth Behind You,” and we saw Rue getting involved in a bizarre musical sequence in it, leaving Jules for the metro region. At the winter formal, Kat and Ethan are united, Cassie was busy with her abortion. Maddy was swiping evidence from Nate’s room to discover Nate’s father’s true secrets.
Euphoria Season 2: Release Date
The development of season 2 has not begun yet due to the coronavirus pandemic, despite the company’s intention to release season 2 this year. Casey said in an interview after the conclusion of the Emmy Awards 2020 that you should accept season 2 for release in late 2021 or early 2022.
