And then there were five! Sorry, Logan. Your black silhouette just didn’t make the cut. But what did? Althea’s breezy wrap covered ensemble.
Althea won the judges over in this week’s Project Runway challenge with a design that had functionality, drama and window appeal. In fact, we think the only thing missing from this freshly styled look is the perfect pair of oversized sunglasses.
Many congrats to Irina! She single-handedly set the bar on a challenge personally designed by Michael Kors in this week’s Project Runway. Irina created an ensemble so divine that the judges crowned it the look of the night. But this isn’t her first time winning hearts.
This week, we asked you to take this poll and tell us which Project Runway designers you think deserve to go all the way to Bryant Park’s Fashion Week.
The diehard fans of the show know that there’s only room for three designers to show their collections. Will your favorite be one of them? Find out how the votes went after the jump.
Congratulations to Carol Hannah! She stepped up to the plate and was the top designer in this week’s Project Runway challenge. Carol Hannah designed a dress so divine that it even got Christina Aguilera’s stamp of approval.
It’s getting closer and closer to Fashion Week! With half the designers already eliminated, the grand prize is within reach and the future is looking bright for the remaining eight! But only three will have the chance to show their collections at the celebrated Bryant Park. We have to know…

Carol Hannah and Shirin partnered up for last night’s Macy’s challenge on Project Runway and concocted the delicious design that stands before you. We love the embellished neckline and heavenly flowing sleeves on this rich runway tunic. But the special touch that really completes the look? The Leather Obi Wrap Belt that hugs the waist of the ever-beautiful Vanessa.
To celebrate one of the favorite runway looks of the night, you can get 20% off on Carol Hannah’s bow-embellished belt from now until October 6 using the coupon code “CarolHannah” at ProjectRunway.com. It’s a great way to dress up any top, tunic or dress and add that effortless touch of glam before you head out the door. And at 20% off, it could very well be the most worthwhile accessory you invest in this season! How would you wear it?
P.S. If you, too, are obsessing over Carol Hannah and Shirin’s Blue Tailored Tunic from last night’s challenge, you can bid on it here.

And then there were ten! In the upcoming episode of Project Runway, the contestants will be designing a garment that could potentially be sold at Macy’s. Talk about a big break!
But, in true PR style, there’s a twist to this challenge. The final 10 will be paired up with another designer (and judged accordingly). Uh oh - you know what that means. This time, there’s the possibility for not only one but two designers to go home! Hopefully it won’t be one of your favorites. Think positive.
There’s a handful of individuals that have blown us away with their imagination and craft, and a number of others that have shown immense promise but just haven’t received recognition. How will this week go? Tell us your predictions and take the poll after the jump.
Irina’s Rich Collared Coat from last week’s “Fashion Headliners” Project Runway challenge definitely blew us away. So refined. So wearable. Can you believe it’s made out of newspaper?! But we know that sometimes the fans don’t always agree with the judges’ pick. This time, you’re sitting on the panel. It’s your turn to decide who should have won this challenge.
The frills and bunching detail of this scarf make it both fashionable and functional. Drape this breezy piece over a simple tee and jeans to instantly create a hip look that sets you apart.
Rewind to last Thursday’s episode of Project Runway. The designers paired up in last week’s challenge to create beach chic and regal evening looks. And, by now, you’ve probably had a chance to check out all the designs from episode 603 on the Auction Page of ProjectRunway.com.
While we definitely have our favorites, for us, the runway show as a whole was fireworks. But what about you? Whose runway looks had you seeing stars? We have to know…
Cast your vote and then head over to ProjectRunway.com to bid on your favorite runway pieces!
