Vanessa sought out to win her mother’s approval in last night’s “Enough About Eve” episode of Gossip Girl, but little did she know that all it would take is this Aqua Glass Necklace by Siman Tu to win our hearts.

Jewelry brand Slane & Slane’s pieces have found a home on Gossip Girl and, apparently, the Upper East Side prepsters can’t get enough. Serena van der Woodsen was spotted wearing Slane & Slane’s Alexandria Necklace in ruby and garnet in last week’s “Dan De Fleurette” episode.

Serena added the Alexandria necklace to a simple charcoal grey tank, a high-waisted Herve Leger skirt, and a tailored blazer to complete a majestic look.  We absolutely adore this eclectic touch to the grown-up, business-like ensemble. It definitely makes the look pop - don’t you think?
