Mrs. Peterson obviously didn’t know what she was getting herself into inviting Gabby into her office. The fiery Mrs. Solis showed the school principal just where Juanita gets her sailor’s mouth. She also showed her a thing or two about hot style.

In last night’s “Being Alive” episode of Desperate Housewives, while the denizens of Wisteria Lane were caught off guard by an attack in their neighborhood, we were thrown to see Katherine Mayfair in such a bright burst of color! In fact, we were so inspired by Katherine’s 50s-style dress that came to wardrobe with no label that we just had to track down one of our own.

As if the delectable fashion and drama on the show isn’t enough, Desperate Housewives fans have something else to look forward to this season.
According to Entertainment Weekly, ABC has recruited Desperate Housewives creator Marc Cherry to produce a series of eight commercials for Sprint that will unfold as a weekly soap opera. The goal? Pausing the fast-forward phenomenon.
“They’re kind of like the old Taster’s Choice commercials, but we added a lot of wicked dark humor, murder and adultery and betrayal,” explains Cherry of the 35-second spots, which will air once a week during Housewives beginning with the Sept. 27 premiere.
Bree’s elegant, impressive dinners feature dishes like Basil Purée Soup, Braised Duck, and Chicken Cutlets Saltimbocca. Lynette’s time-challenged lifestyle leads to quick, healthy, everyday fare like French Toast for Breakfast (or Dinner) with Blueberry Syrup; Warm Turkey, Muenster, and Coleslaw Wraps; and Potato Casserole. And Susan’s lack of kitchen skills means that her dishes are of the couldn’t-be-simpler (but still mouthwatering) variety, like a Salad of Roasted Peppers, Fresh Mozzarella, and Arugula; Foolproof Macaroni and Cheese; Chocolate Butterscotch Bars; and Garlic Mashed Potatoes.
The Andrew Van De Kamp fans out there have one more reason to tune into Desperate Housewives this season - his final episodes!
You heard right. According to Star Pulse, the 22 year old star will be stepping down from his regular castmember role to “pursue other projects.”
But don’t worry - while he may not be returning for a full season this fall, he will be coming back to make a few guest star appearances.
