Steal Her Style: Kitty’s Splendid Button-Front Cardigan from Brothers & Sisters 408

  |  { 1 } COMMENT

splendid-sweater

The weather outside is frightful, but the heather grey button front cardigan by Splendid that Kitty wore in this weekend’s “The Wine Festival” episode of Brothers & Sisters is oh so delightful. And cozy. And cute!

We found one just like it that boasts so many delectable qualities. A button front closure. Deep front pockets. A fashionable, below the waist fit. The difference? Kitty’s had a hood and was ribbed down to the pockets. And, as you can see in the continuity shot, she also outfitted hers with blue Colt boot cut pants and a silk chiffon Ever blouse.

The best news? You don’t need to break the bank to complete the look. Just throw this comfy cardi over even the simplest ensembles like jeans and a short sleeve tee to add an instant touch of casual luxury to your day.

Steal Her Style: Rebecca’s Iisli Black Shirtdress from Brothers & Sisters 408

When the future of your company is in jeopardy, you do just about anything within your means to save it. Just take it from the Walkers and the Harpers in this weekend’s “The Wine Festival” episode of Brothers & Sisters. They submitted Ojai’s newest wine to a local wine festival as a last resort to prevent their dream from going under.

Who came to the rescue as far as we’re concerned? Rebecca Harper in her scoop neck Iisli dress. Save the day with a similar look from the same designer. We recommend this Iisli Black Shirtdress complete with self-belt and elbow-length sleeves. Finish the look with a black leather Mulberry tote, opaque tights and Jessica Simpson leather ankle boots to channel a winning wine festival ensemble that’s totally Rebecca.

Steal Her Style: Kitty’s Twelfth Street by Cynthia Vincent Blouse from Brothers & Sisters 405

  |  { 3 } COMMENTS

How does Kitty prefer to lounge by the pool? With an adonis in the water hard at work while she enjoys some light reading. Or should we say watching?

In this Sunday’s upcoming “Last Tango in Pasadena” episode of Brothers & Sisters, Kitty indulges in her exotic eye candy while wearing a Twelfth Street by Cynthia Vincent top that boasts a slightly sheer, lightweight design. And, you guessed it - we have to have it. Too bad it isn’t available at any of our favorite online retailers.

However, we did find this Twelfth Street Silk Paisley Blouse in Cobalt, which is just as (if not more) desirable. From its ruffle-embellished front to its classic paisley print, this is a piece that we’re sure will get along with our winter wardrobe… quite swimmingly.

Shoptalk: Rebecca’s Olive Green Skirt from Brothers & Sisters 404

Hi SeenON! I’m looking for the skirt that Rebecca is wearing when she and her mother are talking about wedding venues. They are in a barn-like setting and she is wearing a green skirt with a grey and white top. It was in episode 404 I think. Thanks!! - Katy

Great question, Katy! Rebecca wears her olive green Dolce Vita skirt in the “From France With Love” episode of Brothers & Sisters with two layered American Apparel racer back tanks.

Unfortunately, we can’t find the exact piece she wore online (we think it’s vintage), but we did stumble upon this Dolce Vita Wren Skirt. A lined wool blend skirt with removable a suspender-like lapel and full back, this button front piece is nothing but cute overload!

We Want This: Rebecca’s Geren Ford Tunic from Brothers & Sisters 404

  |  { 1 } COMMENT

rebecca-geren-ford

We want Rebecca Harper’s Geren Ford Silk Tunic and we’re not afraid to admit it. The beautiful bride-to-be wore this divine piece on last night’s “From France With Love” episode of Brothers & Sisters while shopping for a wedding reception venue with Nora and Holly.

A cute coquettish top with a V neck and luxurious loose fit, this playful piece gives its wearer enough confidence to tackle even the most awkward of situations…  like trying to plan a wedding that gratifies both a mother and future mother-in-law.

Spoiler alert! In tomorrow night’s “Breaking The News” episode of Brothers & Sisters, Robert worries about word of his recent heart attack leaking to the press as Kitty struggles with an untold secret that will deeply affect their marriage and bring the Walker family together like never before.

In other news? Rebecca Harper will be donning this semi-sheer A.L.C. Beaded Tunic. Featuring delicate beading, mesh trim, and rhinestones at the scoop neck, this striped wool top serves up the very best of casual luxury. You’ll love the patch bust pocket, rolled hem and cap sleeve cuffs. Wear it with a sultry skirt or your favorite destroyed denim to channel rebellious sophistication.

Sneak Peek: Holly Harper’s Zac Posen Silk Crepe Dress from Brothers & Sisters 401

Spoiler alert! What’s in store for Sunday night’s season premiere of Brothers & Sisters? Nora and Holly plan an engagement party for Rebecca and Justin and up dishing out the drama as usual. Things turn awry when Nora discovers that Holly bought the kids a new car as an engagement present when they both agreed not to get them anything.

We have to admit, we love when Holly and Nora get into it. And in this Sunday’s “The Road Ahead” episode, Holly will be standing her ground while looking more ladylike than ever in this charming pink Zac Posen Silk Crepe Dress. Regardless of whether or not she wins the argument, one thing’s for sure: she’s (hands down) already won this fashion face-off.

Pssssst! Want to know a secret? In this Sunday’s upcoming “Let’s Call The Whole Thing Off” episode of Brothers & Sisters, Nora Walker struts this sapphire Philosophy di Alberta Feretti metallic rayon dress during a boisterous party scene. Don’t worry - we’re not going to reveal everything. But we will say that Nora pairs this smoking pencil dress with some mouth-watering Manolo Blahnik pumps and a black satin Nordstrom’s clutch. It’s a perfect party look that’s sure to make the crowd go wild!

Fashion Rewind: Nora Walker’s Bottega Veneta Bag from Brothers & Sisters 321

Did you catch it? On last night’s “S3X” episode of Brothers & Sisters, Nora Walker quite fashionably paired her rosy J. Crew cardigan with a brown leather bag from Bottega Veneta. While we can certainly appreciate the leather briefcase’s dual handles and antique goldtone hardware, what we love most about the bag (and what really sets it apart from the plethora of leather bags out there) is its intricate basketwoven craftmanship. Go professional and pair it with sleek suiting! Or, wear like Nora with casual kicks and your favorite jeans for an an everyday understated look. Whatever way you choose to go, the bag adds class!
