In last night’s “Being Alive” episode of Desperate Housewives, while the denizens of Wisteria Lane were caught off guard by an attack in their neighborhood, we were thrown to see Katherine Mayfair in such a bright burst of color! In fact, we were so inspired by Katherine’s 50s-style dress that came to wardrobe with no label that we just had to track down one of our own.
Luckily, this Lynn Ritchie “Amalgam” Empire Dress came to the rescue. With sheer printed silk, a criss-cross bust and short cap sleeves, this lively piece offers an updated interpretation of Katherine’s fabulous frock. Finish with red patent peep toe heels from Michael Kors and gold twisted hoops to complete this winning Wisteria look.Â

Hi,
I am looking for the pink long dress that Eva Longoria wore in the episode where Carlos and Her have to go to a party and Carlos sees that the grass has not been cut. Then after arriving at the party, Gabrielle slips away and cuts the grass herself in the same pink long lace dress with a satin tie in the back. I am sorry, I do not know the name of the episode but I love that dress and would really like to wear it to a wedding.
