Carrie was wearing a vintage dress by Emma Domb, which Patrici Fields replicated called the "Angel Dress"and can be purchased on her site here www.patriciafield.com . The color of her apartment was actually custom mixed but Benjamin Moore's Electric Blue is the closet thing to it.
