Shoptalk is a fun community feature that we started in 2008. While we get product data directly from the sets of the shows we cover, we cannot match everything! This is exactly why we created Shoptalk.

In the original version of Shoptalk, users could log in and ask about products they spotted on TV shows, movies, music videos, celebrities, magazines…pretty much anything! Other users could then help out and respond to questions, or our team of matching experts would work to find those products online.

Now, if a user has a particular product she’s searching for, she can use our Shoptalk question box to send her inquiry - it’s located on the lower righthand side of the site! The question will then be read by our team of matching experts, and, hopefully, found. Specifying the show, scene, celebrity on which you saw the product, a product description and airdate is always helpful. And, if an inquiry pertains to a recent episode of a show that we cover, it might even be featured on the site! So go ahead and give it a shot. Send us your question today!
