OK, so we are completely obsessed with this vest from Lipstick Jungle as well. The costume department tells us it’s Ralph Lauren from last season. I’ve found a few similar looks that we’ve detailed below - nothing as fab as the vest Wendy is wearing, but some good looks for the winter.
A different color, but I love the look of this Ralph Lauren shearling vest, and structure-wise, this is the closest. (And the brand is right-on!)
Another Ralph Lauren option - this time in a more casual, wearable color.

The Shearling vest worn on “Lipstick Jungle” was from The Limited, not Ralph Lauren. I purchased as a gift for my daughter,(who had seen it on “Lipstick Jungle”). I had a hard time tracking it down, they quickly sold out after the program aired.
