Jon & Kate Plus 8: Do People Really Want Kate’s Hair?

We came across a fascinating article in Us Magazine this week reporting that Kate Gosselin, the now-infamous reality star of TLC’s Jon & Kate Plus 8, claims “everyone wants my hairstyle.” Here’s what she said:
“I have very, very thick hair, so it’s not going to work for everybody,” she says. “I’ve seen people come through the book line with thin hair and it just won’t work. My hair stylist gets calls from all across the country.”
Even though our coworker call’s Kate’s hair a ‘reverse mullet’ (”It’s business in the back, party in the front”), the poll attached to this story claimed that close to 50% of respondants also wanted Kate’s hair. So we ask you, gentle SeenON! readers: Do you want Kate’s hairstyle?

it looks like whoever did Kate Gosselin’s hair changed their mind about what they were doing half way through styling it, then just didn’t bother fixing the other half

This works for her and it won’t work for everyone. I have see a lot of ladies wearing this style sooo someone is loving it besides Kate. I say it’s differant,it’s daring,and she seems confident wearing it and in the end that’s all that really matters.

Jesus! I think that is one of the worst hair syles in the history of man (or woman). I have seen it around, before Kate was on the scene, I thought it sucked then and it still sucks. Funny thing, usually the woman who is going with that style is just like Kate, tacky.

Well, folks, there you have from my daughter. Kate has started a new fad and the 80’s are back.
I’ll take her to get the cut next week. She wants both sides a bit more even and a part closer to the middle. I hope I can find a stylist who can perform the procedure!
