  • SeenON! is an invitation-only private sale site that brings you the brands from the hottest TV shows, movies and celebrities (thanks to our behind the scenes contacts) for a limited amount of time only.

    Our goal is to provide our members with exclusive access to the brands they love and build a community of like minded fashion and entertainment enthusiasts. SeenON! awards Karma Points to members when the friends they've invited to join make their first purchases. Each time a member's karma reaches 200, she receives a $20 credit to spend on SeenON! Private Sale. The more your friends spend, the better your karma - and your wardrobe - gets.

  • Sold Out Items


    Because SeenON! offers exclusive sales of brands at discounted prices, we often have a limited number of items to sell. When an item is sold out, we do not restock it. Instead, we open our doors to the next private sale of the brands you're looking for.
  • Inviting Friends


    SeenON! wants you to have good karma. Once you log into the SeenON! Private Sale, click the "Invite" tab at the top of the page to invite your friends to join our exclusive shopping experience. When your friends join, we'll send you an email to let you know. When they make their first purchase, we'll send you an email to update you on all the good karma that's coming your way.

    SeenON! wants you to have good karma. When you invite friends to join and they make their first purchases, you receive 1 karma point for every dollar they spend. Each time your karma reaches 200, you'll be credited with $20 to spend on SeenON! Private Sale.

  • Orders

  • Order Processing & Shipping


    Please allow 2 weeks from placing your order for items to be processed and shipped. Estimated shipping times are available on all product detail pages. A tracking number will be emailed as soon as your order ships, allowing you to check on the delivery status of your order. During this processing time, your online order is transmitted to our fulfillment warehouse, safely packed, and processed for shipment as quickly as possible. Once an order is placed, we are not able to make changes to the order, including shipping method.

    When you place your order, we will authorize your credit card for the full amount of the purchase. An authorization is performed to make sure the funds are available in your credit card account. Please be aware that while an authorization may place a temporary hold on the funds in your account, it does not actually withdraw any funds. We will only withdraw the funds from your account after your items have shipped.

    You will receive an e-mail notification when your order ships. This email will contain your shipment tracking number.

    Certain items (which require special preparation for shipment, or customization) may require a longer processing time. We make every effort to accurately set this expectation by listing shipping times in the item description pages.

  • Order Cancellation


    Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders for in-stock merchandise once the order has been received. We begin processing orders as soon as they are submitted to expedite orders as quickly as possible to our customers, which makes it very difficult to cancel orders before they ship.
    We can, in many cases, cancel your order for a pre-ordered or backordered item which is not currently in stock. Simply request the cancellation by emailing SeenONService@custhelp.com.
  • Secure Shopping


    We take security very seriously. All credit card and personal information is encrypted utilizing Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) server technology before being transmitted over the internet. All information that you provide during the shopping process is encrypted for your protection and held completely confidential.

    We guarantee that every purchase you make will be 100% safe. This means that you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your credit card as a result of shopping at our store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you responsible for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you up to the full $50.00. In the event of any unauthorized use of your credit card, please notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
  • Tax Policy


    We are required by law to charge sales tax for orders being shipped to California, Illinois, Kentucky, Ohio, New Jersey, and Virginia. The charge to you is based on the sales tax for the state to which the order is being shipped. Following are the sales tax rates by state:

       · CA: 7.25%
       · IL: 8.25%
       · KY: 6%
       · OH: 6.75%
       · NJ: 7%
       · VA: 5%

  • Shipping Rates


    We ship to all 50 United States. We also ship to Military APO/FPO addresses and domestic P.O. Boxes. Please be aware that if you enter a P.O. Box shipping address, your shipping carrier will be automatically changed from FedEx to USPS, as FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. We regret that we cannot ship to international P.O. Boxes.

    All domestic deliveries will be shipped via $12 flat rate shipping. Flat rate shipping delivery takes 3-5 business days.*

    Canadian deliveries take 3-10 business days.*

    *Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

    Shipping rates to Alaska & Hawaii will be slightly higher.

    We regret that we cannot ship internationally outside of Canada at this time.

  • Returns

  • SeenON! wants you to be thrilled with your purchase. SeenON! accepts returns on all merchandise. Please return merchandise within 30 days of the shipment date in new condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded for returned merchandise.

    Please do not return merchandise which is damaged, defective, or different than what you ordered. If you received the wrong item, or if the item you received is damaged or defective, please email our customer service department at SeenONService@custhelp.com.
