  • SeenOn Private Sale Hours


    Each SeenOn Private Sale is open for 3 days only, beginning at 9am PST the first day, and ending at 8:59am PST, 72 hours later. Please sign up for our email alerts to keep on top of upcoming sales.
  • Sold Out Items


    Because SeenOn offers exclusive sales of brands at discounted prices, we often have a limited number of items to sell. When an item is sold out, we do not restock it. Instead, we open our doors to the next private sale of the brands you're looking for.
  • Inviting Friends


    As of September 7, 2011, SeenOn is no longer issuing store credits for inviting friends. Any previous credits you have earned are still available to you; however, no new credits will be earned. This applies to any purchases your invited friends made and/or any friends' purchases that were shipped on or after September 7, 2011.

  • Orders

  • Order Processing & Shipping


    Once you place your order, we'll email you a tracking number so you can check the status of your order at any time. During this processing time, your online order is transmitted to our fulfillment warehouse, safely packed and processed for shipment as quickly as possible. Once an order is placed, we are not able to make changes to the order, including shipping method.

    When you place your order, we will authorize your credit card for the full amount of the purchase. An authorization is performed to make sure the funds are available in your credit card account. Please be aware that while an authorization may place a temporary hold on the funds in your account, it does not actually withdraw any funds. We will only withdraw the funds from your account after your items have shipped.

    You will receive an e-mail notification when your order ships. This email will contain your shipment tracking number.

    Certain items (which require special preparation for shipment, or customization) may require a longer processing time. We make every effort to accurately set this expectation by listing shipping times in the product detail page.

  • Order Cancellation


    Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders for in-stock merchandise once the order has been received. We begin processing orders as soon as they are submitted to expedite orders as quickly as possible to our customers, which makes it very difficult to cancel orders before they ship.
    We can, in many cases, cancel your order for a pre-ordered or backordered item which is not currently in stock. Simply request the cancellation by emailing SeenONService@custhelp.com.
  • Secure Shopping


    We take security very seriously. All credit card and personal information is encrypted utilizing Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) server technology before being transmitted over the internet. All information that you provide during the shopping process is encrypted for your protection and held completely confidential.

    We guarantee that every purchase you make will be 100% safe. This means that you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your credit card as a result of shopping at our store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you responsible for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you up to the full $50.00. In the event of any unauthorized use of your credit card, please notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
  • Tax Policy


    We are required by law to charge sales tax for orders being shipped to California, Colorado, Illinois, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Ohio, New Jersey, New York, Vermont and Virginia. The charge to you is based on the current sales tax for the state to which the order is being shipped.

  • Shipping Rates


    We ship to all 50 United States. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses at this time.

    All domestic deliveries will be shipped via FedEx for a flat $8.95 rate. Once items are in stock, flat-rate ground shipping delivery usually takes 3-7 business days. Canadian deliveries take 3-10 business days.*

    *Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

  • International Shipping


    We will happily send your package to any country or territory of your choosing. We have flat international shipping rates, as follows:

    $32.95 Flat Rate Shipping to Canada
    $54.95 Flat Rate Shipping to all other international destinations

    We regret that we cannot ship to international P.O. Boxes.

    A note about International Shipping:

    We do not calculate nor charge the duties and taxes at the time of purchase; those taxes and duties will be levied by the appropriate government agency once the package arrives in your country. Taxes and duties do apply to your private sale order, and it's not unusual, in certain countries, for these taxes and duties to be more than the price of the items purchased. In the European Union, these fees can be 30% or more of the total declared value of your order. Contact the customs office in the destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes. If an order is placed and then refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package. These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

  • Returns

  • SeenOn wants you to be thrilled with your purchase. SeenOn accepts returns on all merchandise unless the item is marked final sale. Final sale items are denoted in the cart at checkout. Please return merchandise within 30 days of the shipment date in new condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded for returned merchandise.

    To return an item, just send it back with a copy of the Customer Invoice along with all parts and accessories. Please note that returns will be credited to your account in the form of store credit for the value of the item(s) and any applicable taxes minus shipping. You will receive an email after we have processed your return detailing this information.

    Please do not return merchandise which is damaged, defective, or different than what you ordered. If you received the wrong item, or if the item you received is damaged or defective, please email our customer service department at SeenONService@custhelp.com.

  • How long do I have to wait before I redeem my LA Experience voucher?


    You can only use your LA Experience within the dates printed on the voucher. Vouchers usually become valid the day after the deal ends on the site. Deals are usually available for purchase for one week.
  • Where do I get my LA Experience voucher?


    We will email you your LA Experience voucher as soon as your purchase has been approved on our site. You will get an email confirming your order, then a separate email with the voucher. Your voucher can be printed and presented at the time of your service. You can also access your vouchers in the My Account area of the SeenOn site.
  • Does my LA Experience include tips and taxes?


    Tips are never included in an LA Experience voucher. We suggest you calculate your tip based on the full retail price of the experience.
  • Can I use my LA Experience voucher with other deals?


    Sorry, you cannot combine your LA Experience voucher with any other offer.
  • Can I split my LA Experience into separate visits?


    You must use your voucher in one visit.
  • I have a discount code for SeenOn. Can I use it on my LA Experience?


    Since we offer such amazing prices on LA Experiences, we do not allow additional discounts to be applied. If you have a code, it will apply toward your purchase of merchandise on the site only, but not discount your LA Experience purchase. Vouchers are not valid for cash back.
  • Can I use the LA Experience as a gift?


    Yes! Just give the lucky recipient the voucher and they can present it at the time of service.
