Not since Jillian Harris’ run on The Bachelorette have we seen you guys so obsessed with one woman’s frocks week after week. But we have to admit - by regularly sporting designers like Versace and the oh so delicious D&G, it’s perfectly clear that Addison never forfeits quality in this department.

 Ready to complete her look from this episode? Layer this hot dress under a black Halogen cardigan and pair with zebra striped Manolos. Finish with gold bead J. Crew dangle earrings and, voila, there you have it. Instant Addison.

Brace yourself for waterworks when Violet confronts her attacker in tonight’s “Strange Bedfellows” episode of Private Practice.

What else should you prepare for? How about Addison in this Karen Zambos Richie Dress… and very little else. The word from wardrobe is that Addison wears this red cloud silk charmeuse piece with gold diamond earrings and a crystal pendant. Don’t expect to see shoes, however - Addison will be lounging around on her deck completely barefoot.

We’re posting this now, because we just know you’re going to be asking about it. You know Addison’s black and white sheath dress that you’ve been losing sleep over since “The Way We Were” episode of Private Practice? Well, we’re happy to announce that you can resume counting sheep tonight, because a little flipping through the continuity shots from wardrobe revealed that this hot find was none other than Versace.

Unfortunately, Addison’s silhouette from that episode is vintage. And, apparently, so is the floral Versace number she’s wearing in tonight’s “Pushing The Limits” chapter.

Spoiler alert! In this Thursday’s “Right Here, Right Now” episode of Private Practice, Dr. Bailey comes to visit from Seattle! But that isn’t the best news. Addison will be wearing this See by Chloe V Neck Zipper Dress. We can’t decide what we love best: the purple and white print, the flirty cut complete with cap sleeves, or the fact that it’s made from 100% silk. Stay tuned to find out what the rest of the cast will be wearing!

Last night’s episode of Private Practice, “What You Do For Love,” was full of some great fashion finds - but you won’t find a lot of it online. We wanted to let you know some of the designers, though, in case you want to stalk a sample sale for some of the great looks. (It’s What We Do For Love. Get it? Heh.) First up? Addison Montgomery’s super-chic Peter Som dress with a floral top and shimmery blue skirt.

Next, we loved Naomi Bennett’s slimming cap-sleeve black Anne Klein sheath dress. We found an almost-identical Calvin Klein dress here, though.

Next up, Addison is wearing a great knit ribbon dress by Red Valentino, Valentino’s “affordable” label. It’s cute, but it’s also from fall 2008, so it’s a no-go in stores. What you can’t see, however, are her fabulous YSL purple patent pumps, which we did manage to find - at a discount no less! Buy them here.

Today, we thought we’d go ahead and give you a little insight on some of the fashions we couldn’t find from last night’s Private Practice, ‘Do The Right Thing.’ We love finding as many of the great pieces of fashion we can from each show, but sometimes it’s just not possible - we know what the items are, but we just can’t find the pieces online.

First in this series? Addison’s great leopard-print blouse.It’s D&G by Dolce & Gabbana (of course) and no longer available online (trust us, we tried!)

However, we did manage to find something that evokes the flavor of this blouse by the same label, and feels pretty Addison-y, to boot. We know it’s not *quite* the same, but we thought it was a good stand-in. Thoughts?

Oh, do we have scoop for you, Private Practice fans. Of the handbag variety (the very best kind!) We wanted to give you the deets on a bag Addison Montgomery is carrying in tonight’s episode, ‘What Women Want,’ as well as some insight into all the fabulous handbags all the women in Private Practice have been carrying all season long.

In the first scene in the show, Addison is walking by the beach with a super-cute gold clutch by Lockheart (above). (In case you’re wondering, she’s also wearing a fun printed strapless dress and cardigan by J.Crew - but unfortunately the dress has sold out!) Here’s the costume details:

Many of you have been asking us about the handbags from the show this season. We are pleased to tell you that, with few exceptions, the bags have all been by Lockheart. It’s not a widespread brand, though they do carry them at Saks Fifth Avenue from time to time. We’ve also spotted a few of the bags on Bag, Borrow or Steal. Best bet? Give Lockheart a call - they can hook you up with the yummy bags you’ve been dying for from Private Practice.

In tonight’s episode of Private Practice, ‘Finishing,’ Addison Montgomery goes Gossip Girl cute with a tweed plaid Juicy Couture mini and fab open-toe booties from Calvin Klein. She makes it more adult with a turtleneck and refined jewelry. We’re not usually fans of minis for women over 35 (thanks, Stacy London!), but we’ll make an exception in this case.

When it comes to shoes, you should never mess with a good thing. And classic black patent leather Manolo Blahnik Mary Janes are definitely a good thing. That’s probably why Addison Montgomery has been wearing them throughout her stint on Grey’s Anatomy and both seasons of Private Practice.

It seems like she has them on in practically every other episode - probably because they look perfect with just about everything. This week (perhaps in honor of the Grey’s crossover event?) Addison will don them once again, this time with a great Narciso Rodriguez dress and jacket.
