He told Callie that this DKNY Jersey and Twill Sleeveless Dress is a little too racy for work while outfitting for her first day at Mercy West. But if you’re looking to serve up sexy, take it from Mr. Mark Sloan himself. The v-neckline, sleeveless cut, and empire waist will give all the men in the vicinity quite a hard time. Oh have mercy!

Even though we knew weeks ago that it would be Izzie and not Meredith donning the wedding dress in last night’s episode, “What A Difference A Day Makes,” we were still sniffling by the end.
