Mrs. Peterson obviously didn’t know what she was getting herself into inviting Gabby into her office. The fiery Mrs. Solis showed the school principal just where Juanita gets her sailor’s mouth. She also showed her a thing or two about hot style.

We love Gabby’s sheath dress from this scene just as much as you do - along with all its delicious details. Cap sleeves, embellished waist pockets and a scooped neck that simply oozes elegance. In last night’s “Being Alive” episode of Desperate Housewives, while the denizens of Wisteria Lane were caught off guard by an attack in their neighborhood, we were thrown to see Katherine Mayfair in such a bright burst of color! In fact, we were so inspired by Katherine’s 50s-style dress that came to wardrobe with no label that we just had to track down one of our own.

In tomorrow night’s “Nice Is Different Than Good” episode of Desperate Housewives, Gabby is put to the test by Carlos’ teenage niece… who is now in their care! As if the delectable fashion and drama on the show isn’t enough, Desperate Housewives fans have something else to look forward to this season.

According to Entertainment Weekly, ABC has recruited Desperate Housewives creator Marc Cherry to produce a series of eight commercials for Sprint that will unfold as a weekly soap opera. The goal? Pausing the fast-forward phenomenon.

“They’re kind of like the old Taster’s Choice commercials, but we added a lot of wicked dark humor, murder and adultery and betrayal,” explains Cherry of the 35-second spots, which will air once a week during Housewives beginning with the Sept. 27 premiere.

The Andrew Van De Kamp fans out there have one more reason to tune into Desperate Housewives this season - his final episodes!

You heard right. According to Star Pulse, the 22 year old star will be stepping down from his regular castmember role to “pursue other projects.”

But don’t worry - while he may not be returning for a full season this fall, he will be coming back to make a few guest star appearances.

Shawn has portrayed Andrew Van De Kamp, the gay son of actress Marcia Cross’ character since the show’s inception in 2004. And if you’re desperate to relive Shawn’s early days on the show, we recommend commemorating his run on Desperate Housewives with the Complete Third Season and the Complete Fourth Season DVD!
